POLISH is a crazy short movie about two Chinese brothers in New York from a triad family. The oldest brother is the boss, and owns all the nail salons in New York... Except one. The youngest, however, is tired of this life, and wants to achieve his dream : to become the best nail artist in the world. He therefore tries to get hired... in the last salon his family doesn't control.
Graded completely with FilmConvert and the awesome FJ 8543 VD, the colors are super vivid to get a very "pop" feeling, yet the skin colors (and they are varied) all look amazing and natural. Using film emulation really allowed me to have a saturated, yet balanced picture.
Sorry the movie is so long, I hope the first 5 minutes will be enough to give you an idea of the look of the movie.
