A music video that exudes the ideals of youth and freedom through a colour-filled frenzy - The video was shot at 1000 frames per second to portray a concept indicative of the longevity life; you catch yourself blinking and before you know it, it is over. The Music Video was shot and directed by Rick Joaquim and would not have been possible without an amazing team consisting of the film crew, dancers, models and the band.
By Rick JoaquimThis music video was created to promote water-saving technologies used in the two local communities in Kazakhstan. The language of the video is Russian. The text on the screen is informing the audience about the impact that usage of water saving technologies has on the life of people that live in the Kostanay city and the vilage Arnasay. The song was written and performed by my team of musicians in order to make this video to be more emotional. While color grading I decided to use several film stocks instead of only one. Particularly, I used FJ H160s Pro, FJ H400 Pro, and KD 5207 Vis3 for the Sony footage of the kids singing in school.

By Kyle LoweThe Land I Was Born On: “When you call yourself an Indian or a Muslim or a Christian or a European, or anything else, you are being violent. Do you see why it is violent? Because you are separating yourself from the rest of mankind. When you separate yourself by belief, by nationality, by tradition, it breeds violence. So a man who is seeking to understand violence does not belong to any country, to any religion, to any political party or partial system; he is concerned with the total understanding of mankind.” - Jiddu Krishnamurti Shot in Dharavi, Mumbai - one of the largest slums in the world by Composer / Film Maker Niraj Chag. By Yoav Gertner"Glitter" is the story of two down-on-their-luck vaudeville-esque clowns, performing on street corners to make ends meet. One day, their very livelihoods are challenged when they encounter a group of you thieves out to make a quick buck. At our heroes' lowest point, they're forced to ask themselves if bleeding for their art is really worth it.
By Edwin KoesterI created this video for my electronic track 'The Quest'. The visuals were inspired by the 1965 movie 'She' and fond memories of playing with kaleidoscopes. Thanks to Jacqui McGinn and waist.it studio.

The Recovery Mission is a 3-piece instrumental prog-rock band from El Paso, TX. Over the course of the band's 15-year life-span, not once did they ever put out a music video. We here at Subharmonic City Productions got together with the band to finally break this streak. This video was made specifically for the FilmConvert Short Film Competition. The video was originally going to be in black & white, but seeing how Film Convert made the color footage look was amazing, so now there are 2 versions.

By Hector GallardoThe Rest was written and composed by Andreas Scholl's and Tamar Halperin's friend Ari Frankel. Opening wiping ceramic tiles, a 5-part song cycle for countertenor and piano, the ex-Israeli American was inspired here by his Polish-born artist parents, and by Italian chemist and writer Primo Levi. The structures of these prayer-like poems are deceptively simple: they are not easy to perform well. In The Rest, it is actually the voice carrying the piano along, with far-reaching lines.
By Andreas SchollIt represents the idea of journey of humans not giving up and nature guiding to man if he wills to walk on it even if there are ups and downs in life. Man could do anything he can imagine with his curiosity. This was my plot idea to present along with showing beauty and fury of nature.

The first in a series of unofficial music videos, that are not commissioned or connected to the artist. These are created to pay homage to songs that didn't get an official video release. This story was based on modelling and photography websites that act as hunting grounds for predators looking to take advantage of models who believe they are advancing career, when they are really entering a terrible situation. Research for this video was based on articles found at mayhem-model.com

The musical meeting of the singer Thyone Salinas and the pianist and composer André Mendes, two great talents of Brazilian music. Thyone - for more than 30 years she is considered by her fans and great musicians who with her played "Elis Regina incarnate", not only for her very similar voice, but mainly for her visceral interpretations. André Mendes, a young and talented pianist who interprets as few of the incomparable arrangements of César Camargo Mariano - ex-husband and great musical partner of Elis Regina.

The notorious TnT Brass Band from Cologne, Germany attacks the venue of the beautiful Kalscheurer Weiher in a pirate style (with boats) - and then starts a live concert! (the editing crew worked hard to stay as cool as the swan in this video, at least that's what they said...)

By Jose Miguel JimenezDECOLONYCITIES. How can we restore suppressed knowledge about Germany’s colonial past? And what specific role did Hamburg play in this story? The Hamburg-based choreographer Yolanda Gutiérrez takes the audience with her on a corporeal and architectural research trip into the HafenCity, where streets are still named after the “conquerors” of the “New World”. Nowhere else is the lasting legacy of colonialism for the “Hansestadt” so apparent. On a walk that is also an audio play, performers from Dar es Salaam and Hamburg portray how their individual experiences and biographies reflect German-Tanzanian history.

By Grimont: Yves Le Coz and Pierre Le CozThis is my trailer for the new hiphop /House record by Cuthead. Its called "Return of the Sample Jesus" so we decided to create a UFO like scene of the coming of this Jesus. The Car is just moving in the first two shots, the rest is faked by shaking it and projecting a moving background and rain from a garden hose.
