By RolfA young guy is willing to die in pursuit of his "ultimate poseurism", but would he actually do it? The film is in fact a dark comedy, mocking the latest trend among young Chinese filmmakers to glorifying suicide and trivialising mental illness. By Jerome MessingerANNA is the portrait of a girl and a garment collection at the same time, the boundary between them is unclear - where the fantasy of one of them ends, the other begins to tell their own story. The short experimental fashion film by Jakub Jahn ANNA was created shortly after the Jakub Polanka's FW18 fashion show at the Mercedes-Benz Prague Fashion Week. The video was shot without a screenplay on the premises where the show was held, and the poetic text accompanying the video was created during the post-production. The whole video is shot only on the Samsung S9 mobile phone without any additional accessories.

Connecting my life back to a pizza was my concept for an application video to Chapman University's Dodge College of Film and Media Arts Fall 2016. Although I wish I had more time, this was the final version that was submitted in my art supplement.

Using the facade of a relationship breakdown Another Place aims to show an audience the way people can feel when they're weighted down by a mental health problem. There is limited dialogue, as we would rather the audience project their own feelings onto the piece while watching it. Instead the dramatic, yet soulless sound design, and disorienting original music guide the audience through the piece up until the definitive moment.

By Shane McMullinThis was produced in 2016 for New Zealand Rugby as part of their positive sideline behaviour initiative called 'Applaud'. In the style of a film trailer (there is no movie...yet). The goal was to show how great rugby was (this was a real under 12 game - not contrived) and then contrast it with something negative from a parent on the sideline. The Filmconvert grade (FJSuper X 400/KD 5213 Vis3) was instrumental in hammering home the mood change.

By Michael McGlinnHer grace grazed the ground. She was the woods, and the creek. She lured you with song, and she stole your gaze. The nymph of the woods must always be praised. -- We spent a warm fall day walking and dancing through the woods and creeks of central Wisconsin. The Driftless region gives a lot of opportunities for small discoveries. Each turn reveals a new landscape, formed by spring fed creeks and millennia of transformation. The relic pines stand proud with their roots crowning massive rock faces.

A short film that combines a heartful story – as mostly told in feature films – with the look and feel of a cinematic high fashion TV commercial. The film was shot over the course of a week in October 2016, under the wonderful warmth of the Andalusian sun in picturesque Spain. The story revolves around a young woman and her two male counterparts, fiercely entangled in a play of reality and imagination – while dressed in Gucci, Jil Sander and Maison Martin Margiela. Two competing motives: desire vs. the pursuit of finding true self. Be cautious, things may not be as they appear!
