Semblance is a short psychological horror film written and directed by Benjamin Sandford, about two girls who are playing a game of truth and dare that takes a turn for the worst, and the resulting questions that inevitably are raised once discoveries are made afterwards.
Written and Directed by Benjamin Sandford, this film was made for RMIT's Screen & Media final assessment piece. The guidelines were that RMIT equipment had to be used (which is cause for the dead pixels) and only had certain times on a scheduled three day shoot to start and finish our entire film. The film could only be between five and seven minutes long, as well as other restrictions on top of these.

A short profile for Stephen Sheridan Handcarvings
We spent a day with Stephen Sheridan in his woodwork shop in Gorey Co. Wexford. Stephen has been crafting and carving with wood for over 20 years and he wanted to visually document his work and processes for his own website. We thought that he was a perfect fit for a profile style short documentary instead of the usual talking head boring stuff. A Day in the Life, was the end result. We hope you like it.

By Davis RohrerI started filmmaking in 2016. Self-thought, I love cars and i love making short movies so i came to the conclusion and think about why not joining both together. By Nicholas AjodhaOnce again a woman contemplates her murderous past. Calling upon the help of a mysterious companion, she seeks absolution of her tortured soul and warped reality. Seeking forgiveness, these ideas manifest into sinful pride to the horror of her victim. Perhaps not all recurring nightmares are an unwanted evil.

A short film following a lone skateboarder as he tries to ignore the internal chatter of his own mind and finish the job he started. I wanted to create a film those show the battle goes through your head when you want to do something and and deep down you know you're capable of doing it. But at the same time it's scary and you mind is telling giving you a million reasons not to do because it's scary or difficult or you body hurts and you cannot take one more hard fall. If you can shut out that noise for just long enough usually anything is possible. Whether or not the viewer will get that I have no idea but I had fun making this film either. Enjoy!

By Kevin AdahFriends,
Its finally done. In my second film this year, I show you where the past 3 generations of my family has gone to escape the real world. Located in the San Juan Mountains of Colorado, SILVERTON is one of a kind. Written by myself and brother Jared Thiem, we give you our take on what our generation is missing out on. Portrayed by Jenna Thiem, we see that “the beauty in the world isn’t always where everyone else is going”. Put it on the big screen and turn it way up— thats how we’re doing it.
Interpret it, take action, and show us what you find. Here is Silverton, as seen by me.
Best,
Jordan

This is the story about Erik who is responsible for something that united us all in our youth even if we didn't know it at the time. A thing so embarrassing that we barely mentioned it to our closest friends. That 'thing' is the long lost art of finding erotic magazines in the forest.

By Philip Andre BergsetA short film exploring a concept of tranquility through solitude. Shot in late September on a very windy beach in South Wales whilst taking a break.
The late afternoon light was very flat with the distance shots full of sea haze, I got the feeling of not being present yet observing private isolated moments.
I've left the film purposely grainy with very little post except for using Film Convert to unify the grain quality across all shots and to apply a film stock to the whole sequence (FJ Ast100)
