Nature is a place where I find myself alone to think, to relax and to listen to the sounds of the birds, of the wind passing through the leafs and the water falling through the crystal rocks. Nature will be always a place to escape, a place that helps me(you) create!

A journey though a strange new world. Forgotten paths and back roads leaving nothing but fragmented memories and dissonant soundscapes. Souvenir is collection of imagery form South East Asia.

Based on the Nativity story I wanted to capture the strength of Mary who was mocked by people for being pregnant out of wedlock. In the midst of Mary's life no one was there for her but she was strong, courageous, and faithful to God through every moment. I believe women are strong and courageous and carry a burden of being looked down upon daily, looked at as if they are not strong enough, independent enough, or good enough but I believe otherwise. I believe that women will carry us into the future just as Mary did.

Inspired by Wong Kar Wai and Blade Runner 2049 I decided to try my best and do color grading which will represent both styles in one video.

A short comedic tragedy originally made as a school project.

This is a very short spec piece for the OR Film Office to promote shooting in Oregon. We wanted to highlight the different geographical regions of the state, and this one was meant to represent urban locales.

This was the first video I did after winter came and left. I wanted to capture the fun my family has spending time together

Nothing says good old quality like film, and that is why I decided to shoot this piece with an old Helios44 and Proskar-16 anamorphic setup, and grade it with FilmConvert, to really gave me the look I was going for. Cannot remember which Film Stock I used though, but think it was FJ 8543 VD, which is one of my favorites.

A little back story to how Rene Magritte found inspiration to paint his famous paintings.

This is how the sunset days look like in Vancouver At the beginning, i include one of my favorite quote "Hope is a waking dream" by Aristotle which means that to have faith and believe in your dream and have hope that what you dream will come true. Anything is possible!

For Suzanne, rendering this short time in a young person's life, one still at a time, is her calling. For her seniors, it's all about testing the waters, breaking boundaries, and making some of the most important choices of one's young life. This film was made as part of a weekly community film 'game' I participate in. The rules for the films made that week were that it had to be shot on a phone, and could only include one cut. I came up with an idea to have what appeared to be several cuts, but weren't. We filmed one hour and a half long single take across several locations on a phone. Each performance had to be good on the first try or we'd have to start over. I then speedramped the black parts in between the scenes. It was an insane exhilarating experience trying to pull it off and it worked out.
