Connecting my life back to a pizza was my concept for an application video to Chapman University's Dodge College of Film and Media Arts Fall 2016. Although I wish I had more time, this was the final version that was submitted in my art supplement.

Slow Jazz music combined with the cinematic look of yellowish, bronze & brownish colored beauty shots of the city. This is my first short film. It's called No License. I shot, directed, and edited. My good friend wrote it and we got 8 friends together to act and play various parts. We completed everything in less than 60 hours. It was an ordeal but we made it! I graded it with filmconvert and am now wondering what took me so long.

Renée's story is that of a curious observer who decided to try something new and it's led her to amazing places. She has traveled to Italy to photograph beekeepers and advocates for beekeeping without the use of pesticides.

From the Jemaa el-Fnaa square buzzing with life and mystic mosque towers of Marrakech, to Berber stone villages lost somewhere in high Atlas and moon-like Anti-Atlas sights, along with the Sahara desert and Erg Chigaga dunes - this trip has helped us rediscover a lost, but very vibrant world, which in a sense hasn’t changed for thousands of years.
