Regardless of the rain, Emma & Conor’s day was just perfect. Set high against the beautiful misty Maleny mountains, their wedding was just as majestic and perfectly gorgeous.

Earlier this year we decided to take a break for 2 weeks and go explore the islands of Hawaii. We usually travel during winter, or to mountainous locations so this was a change and we absolutely loved it. The landscapes are stunning, the food is amazing and the fact that you can go from a turquoise beach to a mountain top at 10,000 ft in 2 hours is just crazy. In 2 weeks we got to swim, hike, drive around the most beautiful roads and witness ever changing scenery. Hawaii is a place that we will keep revisiting, until then Aloha.

This short documentary showcases the story and the work behind the Munich (München, Germany) based street artist "Mr. Woodland". He is one of those 90’s kids dazzled by the color blazing on walls all along the train lines, he was lured by the possibilities of this new phenomenon. He picked up his first hardware store can and sprayed in 1993. Starting with letters and classic graffiti traditions, a point came when Mr. Woodland decided that characters and figure based motifs were the path for him.

The movie shows a love story between a couple in which the girl dies because of a car accident, leaving the guy devastated, leading him into substance abuse. Then we see a different perspective as this time it is the girl who has to deal with the suffering of losing her boyfriend and the consequences that his death had on her. The Blue necklace that the boyfriend gave the girl represents the memory that each of them had of the other.

Filmed in the beautiful city of Dubrovnik in Croatia. Lauren and I spent 2 days with the couple, their friends and family. The first day on the Island of Lokrum which is a lovely peaceful island with breathtaking views and an abundance of wildlife from wild rabbits to peacocks. The next day the wedding ceremony was filmed at Sponza Palace in the old town and The Excelsior Hotel for the reception. Game of Thrones was filmed in Croatia and the whole place is like one big movie set! We used handheld Panasonic GH5 cameras with Sigma and Voigtlander lenses. Sony and Tascam mics for the sound.

Brigid & Ben are childhood sweethearts, and their journey into adulthood has brought it's own trials. Their wedding day was a celebration of their love and resilience together. This 3 minute version is a snippet of their day, focusing on the Ceremony. Less cinematic than most wedding videos today, I try to focus on being in the moment with the couple and making videos that are a representation of them.

For my 2018 trip to Iceland, I noticed that every place I went had such distinct sounds. Using Filmconvert, I collected and organized the footage I'd shot and turned it into a beautiful showcase of images and audio from all over the island. This is a sonic journey across the land of ice and fire.

Traditionally, since 1745, at midnight Thursday of the Holy Week, to the sound of drums and light of torches, 40 men hooded and barefoot, "The Farricocos ", GO out the streets of the historical center of the City of Goiás Velho, in the State of Goias, Brazil and simulate the persecution of Christ By the Roman soldiers. The ritual last approximately one hour. The procession passes through the main churches of the city. They start at the church of the "Good Death", heading towards the church of the Rosary, where the empty table of the Holy Supper is located. Then they end up in the Church of San Francisco, which represents the Mount of Olives. The sound of a clarinet and the banner of Jesus in the hands of the white tunic Farricoco announce that Christ was captured. The ritual ends at the gates of the Church of "Good Death", where the procession began. In 2018, the ritual took 20000 people to the city of Goiás.
