My last day in Tokyo presented som interesting visuals.

Tasper, a husky, finds his partner in life and tries to hang on to every moment despite the hurdles he faces.

Summer at last. The beaches are overflowing; the rides are running, and fireworks light up the nighttime air. Winter lasts a lifetime; summer is but a fleeting dream. This is a tribute to another passing of the season that seems to be gone before it even begins. For some it will be their first, and for others it will be their last. But here in New York, it's just one more summer...

Lynn (Lotte Milder), a young girl, is stranded in a mysterious countryside manor due to a raging storm. She mingles with others who have also been stranded. During her stay, Lynn becomes intrigued by a mural depicting a Utopian world and can't help but notice the stark dissonance from her own reality. Maybe her presence in the house is more than just a coincidence?

PARIS.MACHINE.LOVE is a tiny short film on a moment of love and compassion between (wo)man and machine, filmed in Paris. The short film is about artificial intelligence and the first ATM/cash machine to gain consciousness - as machines become ever more evolved and connected to the world. The idea being it is that they are coded by men, in a language which is different from ours but would still allow for (human) error - or bugs. As opposed to the traditional view that intelligent machines would be 100% rational entities, this film takes into account human flaws as trait or characters that would be passed on to them. And so therefore the cash machine in the film assumes human-like behaviour and is prone to the same flaws and weaknesses. But the core message is that we don't know what machines will do in the future when they surpass our capabilities - and how we interact with them is likely to influence this as well. If we treat them badly, they might reciprocate. As per

Commercial Clip for german camera store Foto Leistenschneider, which is going to open a new store in Frankfurt at the horsemarket (Rossmarkt). The horse belongs to the photographer Nina Wilkesmann, a twelve years old white horse, which we coulered with beetroot. The clip is graded with filmconvert, because we wanted that special filmic look.

Kara returns to her original tribe called the ‘Planters’. They have not seen her in years but suddenly realise that she is not the same person who left them. Kara is adamant that she has returned to save the tribe from imminent extinction but the Planter High Council exercise caution against her hysterical behaviour. Kara then tries to instigate a coup within the tribe with the hope of overthrowing the council hierarchy. Not all Planters are convinced by her claims but by injecting fear into the community chaos ensues. Made with Film Convert

A small homage to James Bond franchise, created entirely by myself. I became a huge fan of 007 since GoldenEye and always wanted to create some kind of a tribute to the greatest spy ever.
All the animation, VFX , compositing, editing and color grading was done by me (using FilmConvert ).

In August 2014 I had the chance to visit Bali for the first time. It is such a beautiful place with amazing landscapes and very friendly people. I will definitely go back !!

In December we visited Japan, which had been on our minds for quite some time. Despite having a bit of an idea of what this country might be like, (hearing from friends and having seen photos and videos), nothing could have prepared us for it. We completely fell in love with Japan. Its peaceful and quiet feel, its polite and respectful people, its culture and amazing scenery.
