After a successful career in brain research, Vaclav and Jitka Ourednik chose to spend their life in the midst of Europe's oldest national park to pursue their fascination of astronomy. In the remoteness of the beautiful swiss alps they continue to research our universe. I had to chance to spend a weekend in the Valley of Müstair and enjoyed wonderful insights on what their daily life is like.

Michael Levine was a Lone Soldier, that made an "Aliya" from The United States to join the Paratrooper Division of the Israeli Army. In the Summer of 2006, Michael was killed in a conflict with Hezbollah. In February 2014, we have decided to organize a Hero's Training (Hero WOD) in Michael's remembrance. The aim of this training is to raise funds for The Lone Soldiers Center and to bring one last honor to Michael's name.

THE 4th annual Fittest in Israel competition-A.K.A "Ready For Action" has took place on April 24-25th at "Elite Sports Center" located inside the Tel-Aviv University.

85 competitors, chosen after the CrossFit Open served as preliminary, came together to battle it out for the title - Fittest in Israel.

This is a story about our best Israeli sons, that choose to work and train very hard, putting their life in danger in order to fulfill their dreams and to get honored by serving with the best of the best in the IDF (Israeli Defense Force) most elite units.

Roey, a special forces (669) fighter and officer, and his big brother, who served in the Sayeret Matkal and Yamam (Israeli best Elite anti terror units), have founded The Pathway- the way to significant Israeli military service. 
The Pathway is an educational organization which is based on amplifying the inner strength, the love of Israel, dealing with mental and physical challenges, not only for the IDF but to a way of life as well. 

For the country, for the Israeli flag and moreover, for themselves.

Bizzo is one of the 031 Floor Assassin's, which is the same breakdance crew that Preston & Tarquin (Sun Chasers) are a part of.

I've been wanting to make a video with Bizzo for some time and we finally managed to get our schedules lined up on a Sunday to make it happen. We shot for about 2 hours and I slowly did post for about 8 hours.

This intro clip is an extract from 'Elision' (Drama, UK, 2014, 15'16"), a narrative short film co-produced, co-directed, shot, and edited by Christian Schmeer & Joe Mania. Synopsis: Nathan has his life structured and arranged just as he likes, yet he is lonely. Polly, a neighbour, is his ideal partner – sweet and affectionate, with a penchant for science and history. When Nathan realises she is not the woman he had imagined, he retreats from the overbearing truth of the situation.
