Founded in 1933 to replace the former Capital of the State (Vila Boa), Goiânia is among the cities with the best index of quality of life in the country and the one with the largest green area per inhabitant (94 m²). If you are passing through Goiânia, it is possible to take a tour in just one day. This short documentary showcases the story and the work behind the Munich (München, Germany) based street artist "Mr. Woodland". He is one of those 90’s kids dazzled by the color blazing on walls all along the train lines, he was lured by the possibilities of this new phenomenon. Goru Bihu Song is a viral music video from Himalayan region of India which made it to official selection of more than 100 international film festivals (Berlin, Moscow, USA, Italy, etc) across the world. It is the first of its kind Assamese experimental video directed and produced by Axl Hazarika, an avant-garde artist based in Guwahati, India. The video captures the essence of Assamese folk Bihu dance and celebration of the spirit of Goru Bihu with cow face paint. Goru Bihu is a festival celebrated on the first day of Assamese calendar month of Bohag (mid-April during the start of spring), a day before Bohag Bihu, the harvest festival of Assam. Assam is an Indian state lying in the foothills of the Himalayan region in Northeast India. The video is based on the futuristic imagination of Goru Bihu celebrations, away from the homeland, and in the absence of cows amidst a generation of technology-based live music performance. A gentleman prepares a fine dining experience at home...for himself. It's made in the form of a teaser/trailer to hint at a possible longer film in the future.

This is short film I made for the Greek fashion house 'AISSO' as part of their showcase for London Fashion Week this year. I shot it using KD5207 Vis 3 on Filmconvert. The challenge of this shoot was to create an intimate vibe with the models despite there being 200 people on the floor. I did this using a 35mm lens on a shoulder while balancing this out with some coverage.

When people think of Australia they think: white sandy beaches, hot sun, and turquoise water. Tasmania is the untamed, wilder and more rugged part of this country. In late September of this year we spent a few days in Tasmania working for James Boag alongside a bunch of really nice people, following chef James Viles whilst he harnessed and foraged for wild and raw ingredients from around the region This is a glimpse of our adventure, where we experienced the wild Tasmanian weather, warm camp fires with new friends, as well as some spectacular sunrises and sunsets.
