Weather was very overcast and dull. Still, I'm loving the detail of the images, and the flexibility in post is great even in ProRes! Please watch in HD, not on your phone. ;)

Falling out of love ain't easy, it leaves you with a big ugly broken heart, but at some point you must go through the ritual called get-fucking-over-it. The only way forward is to pile up the tokens of your ex, douse them with gasoline and burn them all to hell just to feel real again.


Colin Cowan's second album in his seasonal series, "Eye of Winter," is scheduled to be released on vinyl and for the public on November 28th, 2014. His music aims to be a fluorescent cup of warm nostalgic soup fit for any contemporary star-child or drifter.

I wanted to tool around with a Manfrotto Sympla shoulder rig and a Black Magic Cinema camera. So like all my test shoots, I employed my dog. We walked around Old Town Tustin, CA and had a grand old time. Graded with Film Convert.

ALMA year 2014, duration: 6min 18sec. Carolina Morais Fonseca, a portuguese dancer and choreographer. Born in 1981, she travels all around the world teaching and learning Gypsy dances. She started her research of Romany dances with Myriam Szabo and later complemented her training with Ukrainian Petia Lourtchenko, particularly in Russian and Central European Romany dances. She has also studied in India, Transylvania, Budapest and Istanbul. She has performed as a dancer with Fanfare Ciocarlia, Taraf de Haidouks and Roby Lakatos. She is a member of Danza Duende® in Brussels. In this video, Carolina present us her new project / show named ALMA (which means soul). This is not the final version. Information about the project and final credits will be included in the final version. "...this frame is inserted into the creative process of my next show called Alma ( that means soul). The creation has a structure unlike any other, giving birth to a choreographically solid and structured base

The Path to Color is a short documentary series that portrays Mr. He Baijun, the first Chinese Artist to use color in traditional Calligraphy. It shows not only the inspiration behind that, but also the motivations and it`s implications on how art can make a bridge beteween different cultures and also help to preserve traditional crafts.

Shot on a Canon C300, and graded in After Effects using Film Convert.

'NOVEMBER' was shot on the mountains of Oiti and Parnassos in Greece. It was all shot on a Canon 7D with the RAW Video hack from Magic Lantern. Lens used: Zeiss C/Y 50mm 1.7, Zeiss 20mm M42 and some shots with a Canon 70-200 2.8. Most shots where shot using a small Glidecam. Edited in Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects and Color corrected with DaVinci Resolve, also used Film Convert at the end for the film emulation.
The music used for the soundtrack was conceived by Darren Solomon (http://www.darrensolomon.com/) in the collaborative project 'Bb 2.0' : http://www.inbflat.net/
Additional Sound FX from Nasa Voyager Recordings and some custom binaural beats.

The video was shot using a Go Pro Hero 3+, mounted on DJI Phantom with Tarot T-2D Gimbal.

“Without you” project initiated when I was given a pre-Production Panasonic GH4 camera body to test before its global launch. Then a simple test evolved to become a short film project when I realized the great potential of the camera. It took 10 days to turn this project from a blank sheet of paper to a successful yet challenging shoot that combined the talents of 14 talented and dedicated friends.
I would love to thank all the people that made this project possible.

- A mix of futuristic clothing, robotics and technology
"3982" was born from IBCO and Ayoub Qanir with the goal of creating a piece of clothing with an aesthetic feature inspired by the idea of a future encompassing and crisscrossing the arts, science and technology; favoring reflection on the system and its context.
The video developed by Codea Studio with the collaboration of IAAC and Bloom has incorporated the techniques used in the creation of clothing, such as laser cut or the 3d dress patterns, in its visual content. The impulse and the technique used in this visual content consists of an iron arm attached to the camera which travels around "3982"
From material and abstraction to concreteness and futurism, a revelation with glimpses of a possible crossing between technology and humanity.
