By Michael BurtonCHAINSAW THOMMY VOL. 2 is a product film that shows the production of the legendary Chainsaw Thommy trouser chains. However, the creators Mirko Thomas & Thomas Hanke have staged this film as a short short film. Why??? It does not always have to be a perfectly lit, highly polished product film, if you can do so much more with it. True to the motto "Against the Current", MT & TH produced the most extraordinary product film of all time!

CONATUS is the name of the power that makes us act and strive moves our bodies according to their affinity. It also moves a couple through this short film, back together and apart. Walking the thin line between romance and trespass we have to ask ourselves: Don´t we all call things good, because we secretly want to do them? Go ahead and find the rhythm of your love. And give me the death that I need. Baby. The film explores the topic of the female dead body and how it is shown on screen: exposed, conventionally attractive and sexualized despite its lifelessness. Growing increasingly frustrated with this passive depiction, the director chose to revive the dead woman, so she could speak her mind and regain some agency.

By Nathan HubbardThe aim of the piece is to show the intricacy, precision workmanship and thought that goes into manufacturing the designs of the COZÌ design partnership. Yuval and Ofir (the designers) took us with them behind the scenes, and the color highlights the textures, materials, tools and machinery used in the fabrication process. The use of FilmConvert gave us an organic look, emphasized textures and differentiated the warm wood and the cool metals. We also tried to add contrast and enhance the dramatic lighting, and showcase the final design in all its glory.

By Quennel WorthyThis is my Video for Cuthead´s "Real Estate". His Albums called "Return of the Sample Jesus" so we created that sun ra like space guru walking through the german "Plattenbau". We tried to recreate a hiphop look with a freaky religious twist and also to satirize the these megalomania cliché rap videos with concrete buildings, slowmo and low angle shots.

By Edgar LeonThis video is very graphic in its use of color- the exterior night scenes, shot with available light on Tel Aviv, contrasted with the studio scenes, shot on a background of solid colors. The Colors of the various sets were shifted and graded to establish a complimentary color scheme (especially on the Blue-Orange axis), and the flares induced by the vintage anamorphic lenses were enhanced and simulated to match across scenes. Cutting between the colors adds punch to the piece, while the flares and digital re-lighting tie it together. The night shots were tracked and graded to direct the viewer's eye to the cyclist, and the wardrobe and props in each studio set were highlighted and refined. This one is all about fun!
