There is two mayor things that I took from my experience living in Sicily. The first is Kaos, the second is that I ve never seen how Kaos could be so tight dancing with mother nature heartbeats. This band video is the product of friendship and so many other things, but mainly love and multicultural integration.

A commercial video I shot for Alenka and Margo's latest jewelry collection.

Back in 2017, I went on a missions trip to Mirebalais, Haiti. Here's one of the stories I captured. Because of the Haiti Free School Project, Alexis can go to school for free along with 500 other students. It was incredible to see the impact it's had on their lives. I'm eager to get back.

Alfie's Journey is a short film made for Coventry City Council to raise awareness of the need for foster carers in the Coventry area.

It follows Alfie on a brief journey into the unknown as he embarks on a new part of his childhood living with another family.

It was produced by ReelTwentyFive and shot by me and my good friend and colleague, Dave Smith over two days.
We wanted to give this piece the most cinematic feel that we so we shot on the Sony FS7 in 4K and used Film Convert Pro as a part of the colour grading process to emulate the FJ SuperX 400 film stock.

This was a lovely project to be involved with and we're really happy with the final product so we hope you enjoy it.

The music video for “Entwined” is a collaboration with Austrian filmmaker Max Rino, and it features a stunning Tim Burton-like world. “We didn`t want to create an everyday music video with continuous lip-sync and long performance parts,” said Clemens Engert of Alien Hand Syndrome, “we were aiming for something much more cinematic. So we had this idea of going into the Vienna Woods and playing with all those fascinating little elements we found there and incorporate them into the clip. It’s all about the combination of the musical and visual atmosphere and building a unified whole.”

Amanda and Mike flew in from Florida to elope together in Joshua Tree National Park. They rented the SkyHouse in Joshua Tree to get ready in. My girlfriend and I embarked on April 2017 on this epic life-changing experience around the world. We came back one year later with our minds blown away. As a dying android once said: “I've seen things you people wouldn't believe.” As months went by, I never ceased to be amazed by the diversity and the boiling life of our planet, I wanted to share this feeling with others and make a tribute to the Earth and its inhabitants, at a special time in our history when carefulness and respect are most needed. This video showcases one year around the world, from underwater to 6000m peaks, from active volcanoes to Asian temples, a journey of a lifetime. This beautiful wedding took place in Martha's Vineyard on October 6, 2018. I was a stranger to everybody but they treated me like a lifelong friend and made my job an absolute joy. As somebody who uses 4+ cameras on any given wedding day, FilmConvert is a life saver! I decided to try out the Eterna emulation for this wedding and I'm now completely in love with it.

What started out as my first showreel became a longer travel and drone video of the last few years. With footage of my trips to Brazil, Bonaire, Kenya, Morocco, Bali, Portugal. France, Greece, USA, Norway, Finland and of course the place where I live in the Netherlands. Gear used: RED Scarlet-W Sony FS7 Canon C200 Fujifilm X-T3, X-H1 DJI Mavic 2 Pro DJI Inspire 1 DJI Mavic Pro Thanks to Martin de Waal for editing the audio.

ANNA is the portrait of a girl and a garment collection at the same time, the boundary between them is unclear - where the fantasy of one of them ends, the other begins to tell their own story. The short experimental fashion film by Jakub Jahn ANNA was created shortly after the Jakub Polanka's FW18 fashion show at the Mercedes-Benz Prague Fashion Week. The video was shot without a screenplay on the premises where the show was held, and the poetic text accompanying the video was created during the post-production. The whole video is shot only on the Samsung S9 mobile phone without any additional accessories.

I traveled to the 'Land of Ice and Fire' in October 2017. With a concept in mind of what I wanted to create I teamed up with Benni, Markus and Johannes of Wildboar 3D Studio. Luckily the guys shared my vision so we worked on this passion project together.

Using the facade of a relationship breakdown Another Place aims to show an audience the way people can feel when they're weighted down by a mental health problem. There is limited dialogue, as we would rather the audience project their own feelings onto the piece while watching it. Instead the dramatic, yet soulless sound design, and disorienting original music guide the audience through the piece up until the definitive moment.

This short promo is a brief glimpse into the creative life and mind of Katie Julia, an incredibly talented artist, photographer and musician.

We spent a day in the studio and a day at the beach to briefly get across what inspires her work and her unique style.
