This Film takes us through her journey of becoming what she is today. Swetha Subbiah is one of 3 Nike certified instructors in India. Founder of the fitness brand "SWEAT" which operates across verticals which include: - Personal Training - Fitness centre consulting - Corporate fitness programs - Exclusive Personal Training studios.

This film was made as part of a weekly community film 'game' I participate in. The rules for the films made that week were that it had to be shot on a phone, and could only include one cut. I came up with an idea to have what appeared to be several cuts, but weren't. We filmed one hour and a half long single take across several locations on a phone. Each performance had to be good on the first try or we'd have to start over. I then speedramped the black parts in between the scenes. It was an insane exhilarating experience trying to pull it off and it worked out.

One moment it seems you can grasp them, the next they slip away. The works of Mehdi Behbudi, sound artist from Tehran, oscillate between abstraction and the sounds of everyday life. Behbudi, together with Iranian poet Vahide Sistani and Hamburg-based video artist Felix Lübbert, created this piece for a change of perspective on our daily life. “Tehran Thricolage”, one of the collective’s first video installations, shows rare drone footage of bustling squares and traffic junctions in Tehran. In the background, Sistani’s detailed poems can be heard floating gently above Behbudi’s streetlife-inspired sound-art.

An international popband sensation of centenarian grannies? Yep, it’s KBG84. People in the Okinawa island chain in southern Japan live to be the oldest anywhere in the world. It is designated a BlueZone and has one of the highest concentrations of centenarians. While both men and women of older generations live long lives, women tend to outlive their male counterparts and make it well into their 100s – and Tomi-San is no exception. Unavoidable when you live that long, tragedy entered Tomi’s life when both her son & husband passed away. Tomi found herself in a deep depression. This is the story of how she faced unimaginable hardship and sorrow in her life and in the process broke through barriers beyond her wildest dreams. Film Convert played a role in the final grade as we looked to really bring out the granny's age, frailty, yet paradoxical ruggedness.

Soul. What began as an opportunity to create a simple restaurant menu sizzle reel turned into something so much more. We spent two days with world renowned Chef Scott Conant in an intimate setting, capturing him in his element at The Americano, his new Italian-inspired steakhouse in the heart of Scottsdale, AZ. We learned a valuable lesson when landing this once in a lifetime gig with Scott: When you have the opportunity to speak with someone about their craft, whatever it may be, it’s important to take the time to really dig deep and discover what pushes them to show up every day and push for their very best. And with this project, we did just that.

The ‘Art of Making’ series aspires to display and highlight certain people, which go against the spirit of today’s pessimism and desperation. They dare to dream and create with zeal and imagination. Armed with passion for knowledge and emotion, they attempt to combine the precision of science with the elegance and resourcefulness of art. We thank them wholeheartedly for their contribution.

As a Canadian traveling through Baltimore and Washington during the time of the Trump election, I noticed a lot of things that stood out to me. The anger, aggression and divide between the political parties, the extremely evident racial separation and the stark contrast between the rich and the poor. These things were all incredibly prominent as we drove through the streets of these cities. I wanted to create a video that would not only show this, but also deliver a message that to me, all this divide and anger does not make any sense. In the world that we live in today, we need more love and compassion, we need more understanding for each other and we need to make a change.

For anyone who's ever read 'The Game' or 'The Rules' and thought that they could 'win' against the opposite sex...this film is for you.

Through first-hand testimony The Bliss of Ignorance investigates South Africa's complex relationship with one of the country's most abundant resources: coal.

With experts predicting the creation of a "sick" generation in the Mpumalanga region (which is home to 12 of the world's largest power stations),this documentary looks at the impact of South Africa's energy policy - particularly the support for Eskom's coal-fired power stations - on public health. In February 2015 energy giants Eskom were granted five years grace from complying with atmospheric emission standards, making this film ever more timely and relevant.

Set against the wider climate change debate, The Bliss of Ignorance highlights how the mining and burning of coal affects the environment; polluting air and valuable water resources in a water-scarce country. In 2012, 17,000 people in Carolina, Mpumalanga were left without water because their local supply was polluted by acid mine drainage. <

When the ingredients of trust and a faithful personality melts into a fluid trip, dedication, imagination, past and present inspiration becomes a document for the future. The Carver is a narrative short, meaning it was scripted and acted, but in the style of a "maker video," which is a very popular documentary style that explores craft and care and character. I've had a hand in and been inspired by many gorgeous, actual maker videos, crafted themselves by some very talented filmmakers, so this is my way of honoring those. Of course, it was also written in the only way I can, with a touch of irreverence. My thanks to all my mentors who taught me the craft.

This was a family trip with my wife, kids and parents down to Gulf Shores Alabama last year. This trip became a little more memorable to me last week due to the recent hurricane that swept through there.

This is my entry for the FilmConvert contest 2014; I created this video for the International Archviz contest 2014 organized by Cgarchitect, I used FilmConvert for for some shots and was very helpful for me.

Why not break with the tipical, boring Industrial Corporate video ! We combined three ingredients : The industry, a Fashion Designer, and a Model. The fashion designer brings to the video the skill of full adaptation for every project, regardless of the complexity of it. The concept that every job is unique, like the Pret a Porter concept. The model puts some "glamour" onto an Industry that doesn't have. All graded with a look like Oncean's eleven film. A Cocktail that we hope you like !

In the mini-doc "The Csikós - The last Wranglers of the Hungarian great plain", Jeroen Cox captures and shares the lifestyle of the Csikós, a group of hungarian horse wranglers who proudly cherish their traditional lifestyle. Although the community is proud of their heritage, the lifestyle is harsh and lonely, making it hard to find a new generation of Csikós. Ádám, Csaba and Lajos, some of the last wranglers of the hungarian great plain, give an insight into their days on the puszta, their close bond with their nonius horses and what it takes to be a Csikós. "The Csikós - The last Wranglers of the Hungarian great plain" was made as a part of the "Circles of cultural connection" project by the Jimmy Nelson Foundation.
