Watch this beautiful couple tell their unique story. We used a GH4 and a GH5 to capture this special day.
By sergeKento Mori is a LA-based dancer, who is considered one of the finest in the world. Living overseas made him deepen his love and respect for Japan and he always keeps his home close to his heart. As a sign of respect, we have offered him a piece of Japan: one of our finest Kimonos. The chemistry created by combining his exemplary dancing with the beautiful Japanese Kimono has made his performance beyond his wildest dreams. By wearing the Kimono, his pride and confidence as a Japanese have been strengthened, and this Japanese spirit has enabled him to dance in total freedom and pure emotion. The city of LA might not seem an appropriate place for a Kimono, but the synergy of combining a Western setting with the Japanese dancer and the Kimono has made this movie unexpectedly unique. Please enjoy his soulful performance!

This is a small snippet of a later to be released 19 minute Documentary that wasn't meant to be released to the public. It was just for everyone involved in the effort. In fact, I was a little embarrassed about my lack of contribution to the Missionary effort. All I was doing was catching the wonderful work that these hard working doctors and nurses were doing. These guys literally flew over to Kenya on there own pocket, offered their professional services for free and even donated medical supplies,
When one of the Doctors saw me editing the short clip that represented our time over there, he almost broke down with emotion. He told me that he's been with the mission for 4 yrs now but his wife, his family, his friends have only seen photos. They've never had the opportunity to really feel what it was like down on the ground. And with that, I finally felt just how worthwhile my contribution really was.
For the last 4 yrs, every year, Alabaster has been going back to offer medical aid to a small rural community Endonyolasho, in Kenya a couple of miles off the Tanzanian border.
This year they launched a First Aid Clinic and celebrated the bright future of their community. The clinic will assist and help the lives of 7,000 Maasai men, women and children in Endonyolasho which hasn’t had rain for more than 3 years now. Without the clinic, people in this community must walk seven hours to find care at the nearest dispensary, or a further 15 hours to the nearest hospital.
With their collaborative efforts, there is finally a chance that the area may construct a Well, which will restore life to this beautifully stunning but harsh arid environment to which the people of Endonyolasho live.
When editing, the colors simply didn't quite recreate what it felt like to actually be there in that harsh red environment. So you can Imagine how ecstatic I was when Film Convert brought the colors back to life. Thi
So in August of 2015, I was asked to join one of my closest friends on a medical aid mission to Endonyolasho, Kenya. She asked me because; for the last 4 yrs they haven't had any luck with video documentation. I'm basically not much more than actor who loves the power of film and the stories it has to tell. So I approached the project as little more than a one man video production team.
By Frederick James KochThe Short Music Video covers a small NGO that heads deep into Maasai Country to offer medical aid. After 5 years of working with the community of Endonyolasho and a local Kenyan NGO Girl Child Network, Last year they put in the first medical aid Clinic in an area that will serve up to 2,000 Maasai Men, Women and Children. This follows the continuing of that partnership and further steps to get the clinic up and running with water and further ridding the local population of a dangerous scabies outbreak.

This music video was shot entirely in the studio. The various scenes are merely hinted in the props and styling, and color and contrast is used to differentiate between the various sets- the courthouse, the Sufi dancers, the tattoo parlor, the cool drummer-chick, the Indian bulbul tarang player. Color is contrasted with Black and White, cool is contrasted with warm, reds are contrasted with cyans and yellows, and each set maintains its own color palette. Essentially, it’s grunge rock meets the Orient- and it’s cool…

By Benjamin VillacrezIt’s 2018 — and we’re no longer pushing the boundaries of the status quo, right? Wrong. Welcome to our world, filled with high-flying energy and a vibrancy of color, where normalcy is no longer tolerated and convention is kicked to the curb. We’re ready for a little role reversal. Meet the HUSBAND, a good looking man in a crisp suit with matching white gloves as he makes the long and nerve-wracking walk along to poolside to deliver a DRINK to his WIFE. She’s dressed in haute couture of course, an ombre dress by KFD, lounging in the sun and letting those So Cal rays kiss her skin. But her husband’s shadow falls over her face and interrupts her peace and quiet. Strike one. He offers the beverage and she takes a sip. Her face ripples with disgust because he’s made it wrong. Strike two. BUT… there are no strike three’s around here. She hurls him into the pool — a small price to pay — for making her martini too dry. And now she’s on a rampage. This goddess storms the house and

By Valtteri PiiraIn February 2014, a group of amputee veterans set forth on a monumental goal for recovery, to climb the world’s tallest free-standing mountain: Mt. Kilimanjaro (19,341 ft). Consisting of six amputees and five wingman climbers, the Kilimanjaro Warriors hiked the mountain for eight days overcoming insurmountable obstacles and new challenges with each passing mile; trusting that determination, heart and undeniable grit can triumph over disability.

Knaffe Noga tells the story of Knaffe Noga, the brainchild of Danny Phillips, a Englishman now living in Israel. Passionate about all things food, Danny has taken a traditionally Arabic dessert, knaffe, and created a multi-ethnic savoury and sweet selection in his cafe, Knaffe Noga, found in the trendy Noga section of Jaffa in Israel. Surrounded by artists and artisans, Danny and his staff serve “happy food” to Arabs, Israelis and everyone in between, highlighting how food can bring people together.

KNOWER is one of the most vital and energetic dance/electronic groups in the world, so it was imperative for me as an editor to have a performance video that felt nothing like the average performance video, something that felt every bit as colorful and dizzying as the band itself. In order to do this, I decided to employ a number of 60's experimental film techniques, namely splitscreen and variable frame rates, but without upsetting the integrity of the performance by using shots from different parts of the set or doctoring performances. It was shot with five cameras running simultaneously, and every cut and corner of the frame is real time, down to the last note. FilmConvert™ was a huge part of that - not only was I able to very easily create a unique color and lighting scheme for each camera, but I could also really push the limits of each angle without ever encountering artifacts or crashing the software. And I was really pushing it, too! Each angle was saturated at 200% with highli
