Enjoying the beauty and the beast of the north pacific and its power. Shot out near the Russian river head in Sonoma California.

A 7 day trip from Seattle to Portland along the coast. Experiencing the Pacific Northwest through my own eyes was an all time high. Seeing my child experience elements of nature for the first time was comparable to nothing else. Oregon and Washington thank you.

A glimpse into another world. A world where the business of life fades away. Having the opportunity to enter the world of these gentle giants is both humbling and awe inspiring. The way these animals transform from their clumsy terrestrial selves into graceful, precise, creatures underwater is astonishing. You can never predict exactly what a pinniped is going to do next, but you can be assured that it will always grab your attention. Being a human chew toy is fun too.
