I was asked in early September to do a same day edit for Jan Acosta and her future husband Jake Zipay. She wanted something very cinematic and movie like. I knew it would've been way harder to do it by myself so I asked my sister and good friend and brother in law to help out. Since focus would be really critical with the moving shots on my ronin and the fact that native glass has autofocus, which is more user friendly for my assistant cameramen; I decided to rent Sony Fe glass to go with the Sony Cameras we were using and forego with my canon glass on this occasion. I do not regret that decision one bit and might just sell my canon glass now. With some careful planning we were able to create something magical for their night. Starting at 830am and shot till 7pm. I started editing around 5pm while my team helped with the remaining shots.
Edited in 3hrs. I used FilmConvert to Color Correct the video to give it a more film like feel while still keeping the natural colors the camer

From the Jemaa el-Fnaa square buzzing with life and mystic mosque towers of Marrakech, to Berber stone villages lost somewhere in high Atlas and moon-like Anti-Atlas sights, along with the Sahara desert and Erg Chigaga dunes - this trip has helped us rediscover a lost, but very vibrant world, which in a sense hasn’t changed for thousands of years.

I was supposed to make an ordinary video presenting Finlands national instrumet the Kantele. Well, things got a little out of hand...

Anyway, first part of the song is done solely with Kantele (adding multiple guitar and other effects to it though) and then the rest is a little Dirty Loops inspired (they are just great!). The video was filmed at an old factory in Helsinki. I do play all the instruments on the recording and I've also done the whole music productions. This has been a fun project that I just had to do.

This piece of video is stuffed full of bacon and tasty snowboarding, baked together with fabulous landscapes and finally served on your dinner plate with a nice pale ale. Shot back in June 2015, this short video features my father, the owner and operator of HKK Auto Center in Woonsocket, RI, on his daily grind. Saturday is usually the busiest day of the work week for his business, and you see him in the trenches heaving giant tires, changing dirty oil, and even dealing with some technological problems unrelated to cars (Bluetooth is only convenient when it actually works!). This video is being submitted to the FilmConvert Color Up Film Competition in the Documentary category, and was color graded using FilmConvert Pro software via the Premiere plugin. Please enjoy!

Semblance is a short psychological horror film written and directed by Benjamin Sandford, about two girls who are playing a game of truth and dare that takes a turn for the worst, and the resulting questions that inevitably are raised once discoveries are made afterwards.

Written and Directed by Benjamin Sandford, this film was made for RMIT's Screen & Media final assessment piece. The guidelines were that RMIT equipment had to be used (which is cause for the dead pixels) and only had certain times on a scheduled three day shoot to start and finish our entire film. The film could only be between five and seven minutes long, as well as other restrictions on top of these.
