By SchenkThis music video for indie artist George Adrian was shot with a Panasonic GH4 and Voigtlander Nokton lenses. FilmConvert was used to grade all the footage from the "smoother" key performance footage to the grainier faux 16mm shots peppered throughout. We also utilized a LUT generated from FilmConvert which was then imported into our Atomos Shogun Flame while we shot the video in Panasonic's VLOG. This was extremely helpful in giving us the ability to see exactly what we would get in the edit as we filmed.
By Robert SaitzykThis animated music video for indie musician George Adrian was primarily built with After Effects and Element 3D. FilmConvert was essential in giving the animation a much more organic, textured feel and look.
By Robert SaitzykThere is magic in life, not only in the movies. This, is a true story of true people, This, we hope will inspire you and touch your heart as it did for us. Some call me light I bring warmth on earth Filling the air and hearts with vibrant colours At a new beginning, Or at the turn of a page I spread life, I am life I’m everywhere, Wrapping the world in my immensity Deep down feeding people Their body, their soul, their hearts I welcome life and cherish it Like mothers love their child I am the ocean I am the heart of the islands Where you can rest and seek exile Welcoming, like the smile of a child My ancient trees provide for the people My shores delicately carve their way out of the sea To reveal soft sands and warm hearts I am the soul of the forest I protect and care for my people Filling them with undemanding love

By Kristóf ScholtzIn the mini-doc "The Csikós - The last Wranglers of the Hungarian great plain", Jeroen Cox captures and shares the lifestyle of the Csikós, a group of hungarian horse wranglers who proudly cherish their traditional lifestyle. Although the community is proud of their heritage, the lifestyle is harsh and lonely, making it hard to find a new generation of Csikós. Ádám, Csaba and Lajos, some of the last wranglers of the hungarian great plain, give an insight into their days on the puszta, their close bond with their nonius horses and what it takes to be a Csikós. "The Csikós - The last Wranglers of the Hungarian great plain" was made as a part of the "Circles of cultural connection" project by the Jimmy Nelson Foundation.

By peter kitcattI've always wanted to do my own miniature! Inspired by Thunderbirds and cheesy 80s cop show I loved as a child. The set is 1/43 scale roughly. No stop motion. The effects are practical, the only post work is sound and colour grade using the awesome FilmConvert! It took 3 months, and a gallon of PVA glue. Written, filmed, edited, and graded by myself

By Yiannis GkoutzourisJelly Bean is the name these four boys have chosen for their obsessive crush on pop music – a glam pop ideal of jangly guitars, lush strings arrangements and mid-60's romantic vocal harmonies. While retaining the youthful enthusiasm and touching naivety of their first EPs Empty Space and Never Enough, these eternal High School Lovers have inexorably grown older and they developped a more reflective songwriting, fully embracing their bashful dandies looks on a humble and relentless quest for pop beauty. "HOLIDAY" is the second single from their self-titled album to be released on October, which narrates the identity crisis and tribulations on the winding road to adulthood of these beautiful losers, who are committed to turning stunning failures and deep anguish into uplifting feel good songs.

By Adam BellHOLLOKO is a Paloc ethnographic village in Hungary/Europe, part of the WORLD HERITAGE. It's name means 'RAVEN STONE' in Hungarian. The village considered the MOST photographed village in Hungary, located approximately 57 miles from Budapest, the capital of Hungary. This remarkable place has traditionally been in habited by PALOC people. PALOC speak an old dialect of Hungarian and have preserved their characteristic architecture and their fold costumes. Recognition of the cultural significance of the settlement was given in 1987 when Holloko was the first village in the WORLD to be added to UNESCO's world Heritage List. The village, which lies in a small valley, has burned down several times ( the last time was back in 1909 ) but each time the inhabitants rebuilt their houses in almost the same shape and forms. Of the nearly 60 houses around the originally 14 century wooden-towered church a museum village has been made. Several of the buildings, some of which have traditional carved woo

By Jon"When the Land Calls" was inspired by the work of photographer James Ravillious, who in the 1970s and 80s documented the fast disappearing rural life of North Devon. One of his subjects was farmer Bill Strawbridge. Today Bill's grandson Ed farms the same land. The film follows Ed through his day on the dairy farm and as he looks back at Ravillious's photographs of the farming life in the years before he was born. Earlier this year "When the Land Calls" won the Arri/Director's UK Challenge - to film, edit and deliver a three minute film on the subject of Millenials in just three days using an Arri Amira.
