This was a really exciting project to work on. Temple Spa asked me to create a video for the prestigious AA Hospitality Awards 2016 event to showcase the use of their products in luxury hotels. They were after something with a luxurious, aspirational feel, quite different to what we had gone for before, and they were really happy with the result. So was I!

Anthony & Emma wanted a simple film to reflect the story of their day. Luckily they'd planned great moments to capture from start to finish although their bridesmaid nearly stole the entire show! It was cloudy to start with and cloudy by the end but in the middle were a few hours of perfect sunshine for the leafy venue in Somerset, England. Filmed on a self designed combined single axis gimble/shoulder rig for maximum flexibility.

Over the last few months I've been caught between moments of great joy and moments of deep frustration. Being a creative and trying to find your way in this world has never been easy, and lately, it seems like there are a million ways to succeed or fail. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people will not feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone and as we let our own light

I sat down with Portland based film photographer Ryan Muirhead and we spoke about Depression, Anxiety, Suicide, and his journey into becoming the well known photographer that Ryan is today. Making this documentary style interview film with Ryan was a moving and much needed experience for me. I got into film making to connect with people and share stories to help eachother, along the way I lost my direction and hit a huge emotional challenge, but it was needed, I needed to stop and look at my map. Ryan tells an insightful story about his journey through depression and his daily battle with anxiety in this film, and we learn a lot more about what means to be Ryan Muirhead. Ryan is driven by photography and especially film photography helps him cope through his challenging times. Talking, Hanging, Filming with Ryan and making this film helped me to reconnect with my passions and meanings. I made this little antacid commercial based off a funny idea I had a while back.

While in Jamaica I had the urge to do a fisher man video in "Magic lantern RAW" with this old gospel song looping in the BG, this was early in the morning right at sunrise and I love the look I got it feels like Alexa.

Music video for a friend that was lit with phone light and house bulbs at night and natural light during the day, very fun project and happy to get the look I got.

My aim was to shoot the surfers and people around the beach and then with the music I give it an older color feel.
